HOW TO ORDER
As soon as you have chosen your favorite Ketubah, please review the Ketubah Texts and Optional Extras options. Then please complete our Order Form and send it to us via email or fax: +972.3.642.0337.
You will soon get from us a detailed Paypal invoice for the total of your order (which you can pay by Paypal, or by credit card through Paypal.
Every ketubah we make is sent especially to a professional giclee printer, therefore only as soon as your payment (PayPal or check) clears we can start to work on your order.
A very important part of the Order Form is the Fill-In form, for the personalization of the Ketubah.
Please provide us with this info as soon as possible. If you need help filling it in, please contact us.
We will gladly help you translate your names into Hebrew for free.
After we receive all your personalized info and your choice of text, we will email or fax you and your rabbi or officiant the final personalized text for approval. Please print it - proofing via a computer screen spells "mistakes"!
Only when the text is in place in perfection and upon your approval will we print and send you the Ketubah. back to top
PAYMENT
Paypal: We accept payment via Paypal.
Credit Card: We accept credit card via Paypal.
Paypal transactions are safe and quick, so we can immediately start working on your Ketubah.
Other Methods:
If you prefer to avoid electronic transactions, we will gladly accept Direct Deposits, or Money Orders. Please email us and we'll send you the details for such transactions.
The work on your Ketubah will start only after payment is completed. back to top
TIMETABLE
We require a few weeks to prepare, print and mail your Ketubah and additional coordinated goods.
If your wedding date is less than a month away, please contact us to make sure we can fulfill your order in time.
Wedding invitations and accessories need to be ordered way in advance. Please email us to discuss your deadlines.
Note that all KetubahColors goods are mailed from Israel via EMS courier (3-4 business days). back to top
PROOFS & APPROVALS
Upon receipt of your Fill-In info for personalization, we will send you within 5 business days a proof of your Ketubah text alone for approval. We send it via email or fax, to you and to your Rabbi or Officiant. Text-only proofs is a free service.
Important: Please print the text for your convenience - proofing via a computer screen spells "mistakes"!
For an additional fee of $25, we can send you by email a full low-resolution color proof (art+text) of your final Ketubah. back to top
ADDITIONAL CHANGES POLICY
If in spite of carefully filling your order form you would like to make additional changes to your order such as: spelling changes, adding or omitting middle names, amount of signature lines, etc., please be advised that this is possible only fromthe moment your order form was confirmed by us until the moment you submitted your final approval of the text proof. These changes will involve a change fee of $10-$50, and we will notify you of the exact cost prior to making the changes. To avoid such fees, please try and provide us with complete and accurate information when you submit the Ketubah fill-in information form. back to top
KETUBAH TEXT DESIGN
After the text has been approved by both you and your Rabbi/Officiant, the typography will be designed to best match the Ketubah art in a delicate process that requires artistic freedom. back to top
CUSTOM SIZE PRINTING

RUSH ORDERS
If your wedding day is less than 20 business days away, it is considered a "Rush Order" that involves an additional fee of $55.
To avoid the Rush Order fee, please make sure that both the payment as well as the Fill-In Form are fully submitted at least 20 business days before the wedding day.

Packed with a protective foam board in a Crystal-Clear-Art envelope.

Since your Ketubah is especially printed by professionals only following your approval, and just for you, we do not accept returns. back to top
SPECIAL CASES SERVICE
We take extra care to deliver everything in perfection. However, we are all human, and mistakes do happen. Spelling mistakes that we accidently made after we received your approved proof, will be corrected in a new Ketubah that will be sent to you free of charge.
If after you received your Ketubah you find a spelling mistake which you haven't noticed in your proofing, or if your Ketubah was damaged or lost after it was delivered, we will gladly prepare and send another Ketubah for you, at the cost of only $50+shipping.

QUALITY OF KETUBAHCOLORS PRINTS
Every Ketubah is printed on high quality fine art archival textured paper - a giclee. The inks we use are also archival to make sure that your Ketubah will remain in mint condition for many generations.
For an artistic finish, the edges of the Ketubah are torn by hand, and that way you have an additional option for framing. back to top
LIMITED EDITIONS
Each Ketubah by KetubahColors is of a Limited Edition of 150, signed and numbered by the artist, in pencil, at the back. After this number of Ketubot have been created, these designs will be discontinued.
